PARK LANE HOTEL & SUITES PET POLICY

We welcome your well-behaved pet at the Park Lane Hotel & Suites. We ask that you carefully review our hotel Pet Policy prior to your visit.

The terms and conditions in this Pet Policy applies to domesticated pets and do not apply to Service Animals as defined

by the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable by state law. Service Animals are always welcome at the Park Lane Hotel & Suites.

Domestic dogs or cats that weigh 75 lbs or less are permitted to stay in our hotel. Dogs over 75 lbs are subject to the Managers approval prior to making a reservation. No more than two pets are permitted in a room. Please hang the "Pet Inside" "Pet Outside" hang-tag, located in your room, during your entire stay.

A non- refundable pet fee of $50 for a two night stay and a $75 non-refundable pet fee for three nights will be charged to your account at check-in. Additional fees may apply should your pet cause damage to your hotel room. Guests are required to sign a Pet Waiver at registration acknowledging that they are solely responsible for any damage caused to any property of the hotel or to a hotel employee.

Maid service will be provided Only if the pet is crated or removed from the room during service. Guests are required to keep their pet on a leash at all times when outside the guests room. Pet owners are required to pick up any waste while walking your dog around the hotel property. Pet Waste stations are located on the property for pet waste disposal.
